Refund policy
Beaba Asia Limited (also know as “BEABA”, “We” , “us” below) has a 7-day return policy from the date of purchase with the receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, will be available for refund or exchange.
To start a return, you can contact us at contactasia@beaba.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and follow up arrangements. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The following items cannot be returned to BEABA HK for a refund or exchanged*:
•Items not purchased directly on beaba.com.hk**
Items purchased on final sale or promotional clearance cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons. This does not affect any rights or remedies available under applicable Hong Kong law in respect of defective products.
•Used items or items without original packaging intact
Items without receipt or proof of purchase. Customers must provide reasonable proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, receipt, payment record, or other evidence acceptable to BEABA
•Items returned without our after sales team consent
Customers should contact our after-sales team before returning products. Failure to do so may delay processing of the return. This requirement does not affect any statutory rights a customer may have under applicable law.
• Gift cards, coupons, or third-party merchant vouchers (which are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, kind, or other vouchers)

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like fragile / leaking items. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
To expedite the acquisition of an alternative item, customers are advised to utilize our return and repurchase process. Please initiate a standard return* for the original item in accordance with our Return Policy. Upon successful acceptance and processing of the return, a separate purchase may be executed for the desired replacement item#.
Please note:
#Replacement items are subject to stock availability and are not reserved during the return evaluation process.
*The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refund Processing and Approvals - Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item*, we will notify you via email or call regarding the status of your return and whether a refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically and credited to your original method of payment. Please note that processing times may vary, and it may take additional time for your financial institution or credit card issuer to clear and post the transaction to your account.
Please note:
*The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Refunds must be returned together with any gifts and coupons
- Gift Card, coupons or third-party merchants’ vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind or to any other vouchers.

**BÉABA products purchased at one of our retail partners must be returned directly to the retailer.
Nothing in this Return Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that consumers may have under the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26), the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362), or any other applicable laws of Hong Kong.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
The above policy is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
NOTE= Opened merchandise with a manufacturing defect will be exchanged. Manufacturing defect will be determined following reasonable inspection by BEABA
