Shipping policy

A) Order Processing & Standard Delivery Timeline

  • Order Processing & Delivery Partner: BEABA Asia Limited (also known as “BEABA”, “we”) currently uses SF Express as its primary logistics partner for local Hong Kong deliveries and reserves the right to appoint alternative carriers where necessary.
  • Standard Delivery Window: Subject to stock availability and successful payment authorization, orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Business Days: For the purposes of this policy, business days are defined as Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and Hong Kong public holidays.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive shipment tracking information via email, where available, to monitor delivery progress.

 

 

B) Shipping Fees & Thresholds

  • Complimentary Shipping: Orders with a final net purchase amount of HKD $500 or above qualify for free local shipping in Hong Kong.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: Orders below a net amount of HKD $500 will incur a flat shipping and handling fee of HKD $50.
  • "Net purchase amount" refers to the final merchandise value after discounts, promotional vouchers, store credits, and other deductions, excluding shipping fees.

 

C) Service Coverage & Regional Restrictions

  • General Coverage: Delivery services are available for valid residential and commercial addresses within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
  • Restricted Zones: Delivery service is not available to designated restricted areas, remote regions (e.g., country parks), and certain outlying islands.
  • Outlying Islands Exception: Delivery to Lantau Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Lamma Island, and Ma Wan is supported; however, shipments to these locations may be subject to additional courier surcharges, which shall be borne by the customer and communicated prior to shipment whenever practicable.*

D) Bulky Items & Special Handling

  • Extended Delivery Window: Orders containing oversized or bulky items (including, but not limited to, the Tipi Bed Frame, Giraffe Toy, etc.) require specialized handling and are generally delivered within 7 to 14 business days, subject to delivery scheduling and location accessibility.

 

  • Assembly Disclaimer: Unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, professional installation and assembly services are strictly excluded from the delivery service.

 

E) General Shipping Conditions

 

·         Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. BEABA shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, courier disruptions, public holidays, governmental actions, strikes, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

 

·         In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt due to an incorrect address, inability to contact the recipient, or absence of the recipient, additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery arrangements.

 

·         Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at the time of order is complete and accurate. BEABA shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges arising from inaccurate or incomplete delivery information.

 

·         Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery and acceptance of the products at the delivery address specified in the order.

 

·         Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon receipt and notify BEABA within 7 days of delivery of any shortages, defects, or shipping-related damage.

 

·         Where an order contains multiple products, BEABA reserves the right to make partial shipments as items become available.

 

·         Delivery to PO Boxes, mail forwarding services, or other non-standard delivery addresses may not be available.

 

·         BEABA reserves the right to refuse or cancel delivery to locations deemed inaccessible, unsafe, restricted, or otherwise unsupported by its designated delivery partner.

 

·         BEABA reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The version published on the website at the time an order is placed shall apply to that order.
